Where are you located?
We generally perform in the Grand Center Arts District at the Marcelle Theater, at 3310 Samuel Shepard Drive in St. Louis, MO 63103.

What are your COVID-19 safety measures?*
You can read about our COVID policy here.
*NOTE: We have currently lifted COVID requirements and hope that audience members will take care to stay home when ill. Masks are always welcome.

How do I purchase tickets?
You may purchase in advance by credit card through MetroTix or at the box office one hour before the show. For group rates or press tickets please write us at upstreamtheater@sbcglobal.net. For our boxoffice hotline call 314-669-5312.

Where can I park?
There is on-street parking or you may use one of the available paid lots in the Grand Center District. The Marcelle has a free secure lot directly across from the theater.

Can you accommodate special needs?
Yes. Both theaters are fully accessible and all our shows are designed with this in mind. Upstream provides Mind's Eye audio description on select shows and will offer ASL upon request. Please contact Lizi at lizi@upstreamtheater.org to inquire further about services

Box Office Policy

• No refunds will be given on the day of the show except under unusual circumstances.

• Groups of 10 or more must reserve and pay one week in advance for special rate.

• Walk-ins are welcome. They will be taken after all reservations have checked in, on a first-come, first-serve basis.

• Student discounts are for full-time students with valid ID.

• Senior discounts are for people 65 or over.

• We are happy to accommodate any special needs: just give us a call!

Late seating policy

Late arrivals cannot be guaranteed a seat. We will try to accommodate as best we can: this may result in a seat with reduced visibility. Certain shows may be staged in ways that does not allow for any late arrivals, out of consideration to artists and other guests.

House Policy

• No smoking is allowed in the theater.

• Concealed weapons are not allowed.

• Please turn off all cell phones.

• Photography is not permitted.
