Frequently Asked Questions
Box Office Policy
Reservations may be made online or by phone until noon the day of the show. Reservations made after that time will be treated as walk-ins.
Reserved tickets (paid and unpaid) will be held until 15 minutes before show time; after that time we will release reserved places (unpaid first) to early walk-ins.
No refunds will be given on the day of the show.
Groups of 10 or more must reserve and pay one week in advance for special rate.
Walk-ins are welcome. They will be taken after all reservations have checked in, on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Student discounts are for full-time students.
Senior discounts are for people 65 or over.
We are happy to accommodate any special needs: just give us a call!
Late seating policy
Late arrivals—even those with reservations--cannot be guaranteed a seat. We will try to accommodate as best we can: this may result in a seat with reduced visibility.
Occasionally a show may be staged in a way that does not allow for any late arrivals, out of consideration to artists and other guests.
House Policy
No smoking or concealed weapons are allowed.
Please turn off all cell phones.
Photography is not permitted.
Please do not take food or drink into the theater.
Parking
The Missouri Historical Society has kindly allowed our patrons to use their parking lot on Skinker at Fauquier. Other spaces may be found on the street.
Location
We are located at 305 S. Skinker Blvd., between Wydown and Clayton.
